Why this keeps coming up around Greenville
Around the Upstate, more rooflines are lit every December, and the lights are not coming down in January. What you are looking at is a fixed LED track, put up once and left up.
What it means for an Upstate house
Christmas gets people to pick up the phone. The reason it holds up is the other eleven months. Warm white on the eaves gives the front of the house shape after dark. Then there are team colors, birthdays and whatever the season asks for, all on the same track.
Why local install work is different
Around here you have older Greenville homes, newer construction, and everything in between, which means the plan changes house to house. Weather is the other local factor: the hardware stays out through the heat and the rain all year.
From call to install
It starts with a free consultation at your property. After the walkthrough, the design comes back custom to the property. Installation is professional, so the ladder work is not yours.
Commercial work around Greenville
The same systems go on commercial buildings. A storefront has a different presence at night when the facade is lit. Restaurant patios, storefronts, office buildings and neighborhood entrances are all normal work. Scheduling gets planned around open hours, because nobody wants a ladder at the front door during lunch.
Local questions that come up
Everybody asks about the summer months first. The matched track is the reason it is not obvious in daylight.People ask whether it fits the street. A permanent system does not have to be loud. The color comes out when it is wanted, which is why it works on a conservative street.Coverage extends into Western North Carolina, as well as the Upstate. The coverage spans the Upstate and Western North Carolina, so the answer to "do you come out this far" is usually yes. If you are not sure whether your address is in it, the fastest answer is a phone call.
